So I am hooking up the vacuum lines and the last little bits on my AHU TDI, and I just realized that I have an issue with the waste gate. What are you guys using? I was thinking about a manual boost controller from the turbo to the waste gate... any ideas? If so what psi are you setting it for?

So I put in a manual adjuster and set it around 10psi, works great and has a decent amount of power response even at highway speeds.

That's how I do it, just a short hose from the intake to the waste gate, I have about 8 psi and it still runs great.
Bonus tip: New injectors are going to make a lot of good things. They don't have to be bigger, new injectors gives so much better spray. Here's some reading for ya:

Thanks, Injectors are next on the list... but first I am going to wait till it warms up a bit.... maybe in the spring.
