On the left side of each seat ("left" when sitting in the seat) there is a small triangular "locking" lever (sprung) that holds the seat in the tracks. You will see it hit the raised tab in the rails when you slide the seat all the way forward.
The mechanism is on the right side of the seat looking towards the back of the van, opposite side of the recline adjust lever.
You lift that up and "voila!" The seats slide right out. _________________ -89 GL Westy, SVX.. finally.
