We are going to have the picnic just like we did last year at Taylor Park, Largo FL with kickball, tug of war, and horseshoes.
We'll have fun for the kids again. Last year they were so happy that it was fun for them too and not just about the vdubs. We love the cars but the VW Family Picnic is about the people.
Last year I saw some disappointment so ... there will be an undercover judge ... their fav VW will win a prize.
This years coloring contest is for the adults too ... a prize will be given.
If the Bug team wins the games again this year and the best VW in the lot is a Bus then the best colored VW bug or bus determines who takes home the VW Family Picnic Plaque.
It's not just the picnic this year. After the picnic last year people wanted to hang out so that's what we are doing. Follow the caravan over to Dawn and Mike's (Clearwater FL) 2 acre lot for a Camp-out and Drive-In Saturday Night. Or just meet us over their on Sunday in the morning for the biggest VW garage sale ... Our little VW Family Swap.
Friday I'm thinking maybe we could meet up for dinner somewhere. Keep it simple because all other plans have not worked out for Friday. Keep checking out the website for updates.

Were SO there!  cant wait to get the kickball game going!!..Hey Thee its still bus vs bugs right?...everyone should try to make this lazy afternoon in the park with the VW freaky friends!...Thankx for organizing Thee and congradulation on the wedding engagement!...wahoo!!!
