Back in the mid to late 80s one of the VW mags did a feature on a rod styled fenderless beetle called "Rodbuster" I think. It was a very clean for runner of the modern Volksrod concept. Anyone no of any pics or links to this car. _________________ "A cranky transporter's a mighty finicky piece of machinery to be gambling your life on, Sir" |

I think the car you're referring to is a red bug? Black Carson top? ...is that the car you're talking about? If so I MIGHT be able to get a couple of photos.... _________________ Blah..... |

The red and black volksrod was called "rodbuster" in the VW Trends issue, june 1988. Built by Denny and Dale Jones in Colorado.

Chris Addington's Ghia. That car was ahead of it's time w/ dual Superchargers & billet suspension. _________________ 1947 Typ 11a
