neiman ignition lock Problem

Hello, ich have the Neimann Lock in my Oval. But it seems a Mechanic made some Mistakes. I am not firm in Electric. When I turn on "Garage" the Ignition Lamps are on, what is wrong. They have to glow when I turn on "Drive". I also have no Idea what "R" means in the Middle where the white Cable is. Anyone know how to install it correctly? Thanks
