When looking for early Alken photos I came across these Rometsch Coupe photos. Maybe a California 56 plate "LET 968"
Looks like there might be an owner Nameplate made for the glove box door.

These pictures are from the Petersen Museum collection.
Yes it still exists. Rometsch #212. Metal work started years ago, but an unfinished project. |

Thanks for the knowledge it still exists. Hope the restoration get a reboot sometime soon.
