Hi everyone,
I need to replace my entire floor.
I have seen that there are companies that create floor pans.
I have 2 questions:
1) How much does floor pans cost?
2) I have seen one side floor pan from a bug for sale, are these the same floor pans?

I would love for suggestions in that matter, even on DIY kind of solution.
I understood that the part which cost the most in a bodywork are the floor pans and i need the money for engine improvements Wink.

Thanks.

Naor.

Karmen Ghia 1/2 pans can be used with some cutting/welding to the fronts. Don't Hack in Anything, but new/used VW pans! Laughing

I am waiting for a set right now

if you use ghia pans there is a lot of fab and fitting involved, there is a place overseas making them now but they are EXPENSIVE and have to be cut in half to ship

you can check out some of my pictures for the Ghia Pans that I put into my Square. I thought it was going to be a lot more work but it wasn't that bad. Just make sure that you have a good welder and some body dolly's to "massage" the panels into place correctly.

Pictures are in the Type 3 Squareback Gallery under 1967 Squareback Barn Find

Once the pan was painted you could barely tell they were Ghia pans
