I think there should be more chat about this bus
Wasn't it looking clean at HO09?
Great looking cargo area display. My wood-cabinet-making expert buddy said even the wood shelving was genius. What treasures were in the boxes? _________________ -StockRocks- |

A very very nice bus!
Axel posted a picture series in his picasa webalbum. He forgot to mark these pictures as private. They're all in the same style as above and will be used in a upcoming number of the Volksworld.
I've got a few of those picture's but promised Axel to keep them for myself and offline!

| I don't think he wants a lot of hype on his bus. |

Hi
I have no problem to public my bus here on the samba
But day to day i have offers for the bus, like:
"Oh nice bus, will you sold it for 20.000 - 30.000 EUR...." and so on...
Or people ask me to help them to find and (!) restaure a 1950 bus....
The only problem is, that i don´t show my special photos of the bus here, because they will be shown at the volksworld magazin.
After that i can public them here.
My allbum about the resto is here, it´s now free:
http://picasaweb.google.com/axelstruwe/BarndoorBus1950
In the moment the bus is displayed at the Volkswagen Autostadt in Wolfsburg
for about three month.
Maybe i displayed the bus at the volksworld show in england (Björn? you came with me )

i take it that is due to the wide angle/fish eye lens that enables the whole underside to be shot
either that or the bus is above a very big hole _________________ -StockRocks- |

Cool idea Axel. Lets make a 1/4 mile run at the next Hessisch meeting. Will install a Judson supercharger... _________________ _________________

When I first saw this bus back at the 05 Hessisch and found Axel was going to do this bus up.........I couldn't wait to see it done. This was the only reason for my return to the 09 Hessisch event. Thanks again Axel for the beers!!!
(sorry about my mug being in the pictures, I couldn't find any without me in them)
