I finally got my carb to work and my motor turned over instantly. Its starts right up and idles perfect. It rev's perfect and it drives great. The only prob is it blows a lot of white smoke out of the exhaust. It also blows a grey oily/water like liquid out of the muffler. I'm no mechanic, but I know thats not good. If I could get some input on this that would be great. I'm guessing bad piston rings. Thanks.

I'd do a compression test for sure. The water could be condensation. White smoke is usually an indicator of too rich fuel mixture. Blue smoke is burning oil.

Also, make sure the choke is opening all the way. My old '65 ran perfect but blew some smoke out of the exhaust. I noticed it always had the choke closed, and it died when the choke was opened up. I left it like that, and it eventually put a hole in the piston on the freeway. If it only runs good when the choke is closed, look for vacuum leaks.
