I am wondering how to tighten up the seats in my 73, I know that the 72 had runners to slide on but this does not. They have the three mounts rather than two.
Edit: Way too much time in the sun for me today. What I mean is that my seats rock back and forth. Is there a way to take out the movement a little?

The three point seats came with cheap POS plastic slides that look like a black triangle about 2 inches long at the bottom. They (two of them) clip on the outside sliders on the seat assembly. they keep the seat from rocking and help it slide.

Problems: Rust, lack of the little part, bent assemblies etc. The three point seats are great when they are fully assembled, rust free and lubed.

Thanks for that. I must be lucky mine are rust free and move very easily. Of course there were a few bits missing like the return spring and the actuator rod, but I was able to make my own up from an old bucket handle.
