I was hoping that someone could tell me how this trunk liner is supposed to be PROPERLY installed. I could bend and cut to make it fit, but I wonder if those of you with experience can offer some recommendations.

Thanks,

Michael

ps. Not sure why, but picture up loaded upside down. You get the point.

I'd use the picture in the owners manual of your trunk for a reference.

It looks like you have it reversed...I think the long flap you have at the front goes in the rear.

To me it looks like he has a good start, it is the correct direction. But the part that he has under the air box should be somehow folded up and curvered just right so it covers all the wires and the air box. Those "j" shaped holes are where the hood springs go through.

don't do any cutting!! you do need to do some bending, you have it the right way. the part thats bent in the pic, hangs over in front of the gas tank. then there should be A bend across the other end, right about the top of the "ears" were that 90* cut out is. then there well be A bend down both sides. from the one 90* cut out to the other 90* cut out. so you are basically making A box with the front folded down (damn wish I was there to show you).. when you git it in the top(part that covers the back of dash) well need to be "bowed"(no bend) and popped under the top edge of the dash. the sides well push under the sides of the trunk edge,, and as posted around the trunk springs.. Hope this helps you!! It would be A Lot easier to show you then to try and tell you on here Wink
