super beetle seats for a 63 bug??

hey everyone i have a question? would the back seats of a 1970 super beetle fit on a 63 beetle??

I don't believe it will. At least I know the bottom will not fit. 64 and down had a smaller seat bottom.

1970 Super? You sure about that? Or do you mean a 1971 Super (which began production in 8/70 - there's no such thing as a 1970 Super) but if this car happens to be a 1970 model Beetle... then those seats do use the same mounting rails as a 1963. But that changed starting for model year 1971.
