Porsche 550 / 356 4 cam

Does anybody have a part number of the porsche 4 cam shroud / tin screws ..I remember a while back there was a fellow here on thesamba who made replicas and selling them i don't recall his name which i was like oh ok I use to see other porsche shops selling them ..so it wasn't important for me to save his info but know I can't seem to find any anywhere... but I did save his pictures of his add ...these are them ...im looking for the lower one in the bottom of the picture it's by it's self ....
