Bet that bus could drift it through a corner with the "steelies" on asphalt.
Wonder what country that is in? _________________ Bad News Racing 2018 NORRA 1000 3rd in Class

You can tell by the way the rails are fixed to the ties that it is a European track for sure... _________________ If you would like to contact me, just email through one of my ads on here...

Kubelwagens had railroad capability in WWII. Just remove the wheels, install the discs and replace the wheels.

I wonder how difficult it was to get that kubel off the tracks if a train was coming.
So did kubels have lug bolts, or studs & nuts? I would think trying to put the disc and wheel on with lug bolts would be a real pain. _________________ Mother Nature is a Mean Evil Bitch! |

You notice that to fit the width of the rail they had to install the wheel backwards:

| That is an excellent picture of the bus. I have never heard of them being used for such things, but it makes sense, they were used for everything else. |

Long Island had its share of them in the 60s.

Where do you get RHD? Actually those didn't have any steering. That one belongs to the Bullikartei in Germany; apparently they have access to 24km or something of private rail track. _________________ fig

Is that where the Jersey Lookers came from with the cut rear wheel wells, to get the reversed rims on them? _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey
