Anyone got pictures of the front arm rest mounting for their '67s? When I purchased mine she was gutted. Just need an idea

This is a 67 door card. The first screw hole 11" up from the bottom and 2.25" in from the leading edge.

No there is a clip on the back side of the vinyl door panel that is bolted to the arm rest and slides on to a tab that is welded to the door.
