So I have been looking for a passenger side DC gate for my 59 DC, a couple of scammers on here as well as people that are asking way too much money for rusted gates I have come to the end of my search.

Now I have a set of single cab gates super clean and I was told that the 59s are basically a single cab gate cut for a double cab and thats why they have the seam in the middle.

The only problem is I hate to destroy a set of clean single cab gates to make my project work. So my question is, does anyone know some one that can do that for me here in So. Cal thats not going to cost me a grip??

If so please let me know.

Thanks in advance and God Bless.

I can do it! Won't cost you much but the results may not be as good as a professional job should come out! Razz

J/K! You get what you pay for! If I was in your predicament, I would not hesitate on doing it myself. Don't care much what other think of the hacks I do. But having a clean set of gates already and yours being a '59, sounds to me as perfect for the job! Good luck on your decision and eventual results. Post pictures too! Cool

I bought one of his rear gates. It was perfect. Don't know about his side gates but I'm pretty sure he's making a 59 one year only seamed gate. If you sold your nice single gate, that would offset the price a bit.

Ya I read some where that they had a problem with their C&C machine and certain parts of the gates wasnt linning up right.

In fact I spoke to someone directly from Klassic fab that told me the samething and he said that they should be ready in a few months but that was 6 months ago.
