Chrome/Paint Questions on a '67

Hi all,

I've got two questions about paint and chrome on a '67 Beetle.

Dash Handle - Are the ends supposed to be black or chrome? The ends of mine are missing. I've seen it both ways, just wondering which is stock. Know of a place I can get just the ends and not a whole new handle?

Wiper Arms - Should they be black or bare metal? Again, I've seen it both ways...

Handle grommets are Blk seals.. And wiper arms come in bare metal and blk powder coated.

the handle and ends are black in 67.
the wipers are painted silver gray-not bare or bear metal.
