good luck man, the north east is not a friendly place for us. I saw a bus in a junkyard once up here, guy wouldn't sell me parts tho, was convinced he could get 7k for a 71 westy with a giant chunk of sheetmetal pop-riveted over where the poptop used to be, an engine fire, and rust holes the size of a super beetle. _________________ [email protected]

I did get a few leads. Might have to go on a parts findin excursion this spring! Just so you know (??) I posted on both
forums at the same time.
Very glad to here Steve is still up there in Ossipee. I had heard they were making him clean that up. I remember at one time he had two yards. One was way out in the woods about 5 miles from his house. A lot of really old stuff out there plus all that he had at his house yard. Next time Im up that way I will have to swing in and see whats doin! |

I believe this is his yard:

As for anything else... nope. I got nothing. Best bet is VW shows, internet and keeping a peeled eye out in peoples backyards while you're driving for old VW's laying around. _________________ '73 Transporter 1.7L Dual Carb
