Lets see, about 50 answers here. Remember oil is a religious thing. Swepco is reputed to be a fine choice. You most likely have to mail order it. Redline is fine, but also un-available in many places and some folks just hate it. I just used Senergy Synthetic in mine. It too is a speciality oil, so most likely not on the shelf. If your in a crush, a good quality GL4 gear oil will do until you find something more exotic to refill with.

If your bored, here, read this 12 page discussion of oil theology:

Well, gear oil. Almost any will do. The recommended fill is a 70w90 or 75w90, you could use 80w90 if you like, it will shift more smoothly with the lower base numbers especially when cold.

I'm shocked, shocked, that this post has been here an hour and a half and no one has seen fit to expound at length upon and urge you to adopt their favored exotic brand. Consider yourself lucky. I like Castrol for an organic, Mobil1 for synth. I don't use any product I have to send away for. Rebuilders display a lot less passion over what brand goes in their boxes than most of the owners do, as long as basic specs are met (baseweight, GL-4, LS additives are OK). But who's the expert there?

Thanks. That info should get me by. I have an appointment on a friends lift and just need to hit a local auto parts store for the oil. Thanks again.
