The front was in a minor fender bender at some point. Past owner replaced one fender and the hood. It has a few creases and a small tear in the passenger side. Question is can it be repaired or should I have a new front clip instaled

It doesn't look to bad. Maybe some cutting and welding in new metal or maybe even just a new apron and not the whole clip.

I would most definitely NOT be replacing anything on that. If you can do it yourself pull that mess back into place. If not find a good frame/body shop and ask them to straighten it. It appears to barely be pushed in. That metal will pull back into place with some tension and heat and massaging with a big hammer. I have been looking at pictures of damage people fixed on the own and can tell you yours looks very manageable without welding any new panels and keeping the original metal.
