... without adapters?
('70 Westy)

I'm trying to stay away from converting to discs or adapters.
Is it possible to re-drill the front drums, successfully and safely, to the Porsche 5 x 130 pattern?
I couldn't really find much info on it on the forums, other than some comments along the lines of "just re-drill and roll".
A quick look at their design, with my ignorant eyes, says it couldn't be quite as simple (or is it?), as it would seem that the rim wouldn't have a very good seat in the area where the studs would end up. But if someone has accomplished this relatively simply by some creative machining/spacer, I'd appreciate if you could share the outcome.

Many thanks
