Hey Guys. We're moving into a more urban area (Berkeley, CA) and I'll loose the use of my trusty garage for the next couple of years. Working on vehicles in the apartment parking area is discouraged.
I wondered if there's such a thing as a Hobby Garage / Storage facility. I haven't found anything that matches that description in my net searches, so any hints, tips, tricks and thoughts would be much appreciated. |

If I were you I would post that question on the Porsche Club of America (Golden Gate Region) Forum. Most guys that you'd be sharing the space with would be race-prepping their cars, so you would no doubt be the brunt of ridicule. But that has a certain charm about it. |

I have the same problem. I don't have a garage so I do most of my work parked on the street. That being said, I have to go to a mechanic to have him do the stuff that would require me laying in the street. It's still cheaper than renting a garage. _________________ Buck
