split bumper mounting

do the bumper blades mount direct to the mounts with no spacer under the mount. in the pic there is an oh say 8 mm space between the blade and the mount. because of the ribs in the blade. i fear if i tighten them down i could crush the rib or bend the mount. sorry if these are simple questions.

Pretty sure ribbed bumpers use the same spacer as later? But not ever been cool enough to own a split I could most definitely be out to lunch?
If you do end up needing some I think I have some spares I powder coated satin black.

well this my first go with splits. josh i seen your post on the spacers if that is what is needed then ill take em.this is all i see.
