Picked this up today...anybody ever see one like it??
The instructions are in German, writing on the box is all German. The feet are rusted stuck, but I can free them up. There's still a paper tag attached to the flag...may have never been used (??). _________________ "sometimes i wish you could kick people through the internet..." |

A whopping $2.99 + tax. And I'm leaving the tag, Everett...don't want to end up in a German prison _________________ "sometimes i wish you could kick people through the internet..." |

Thank you , that was a very good deal you got there.
I had a few of those and sold them for $20 to $50 depending on the condition , I pick them up from a Unimog parts dealer here in California that was moving back to Germany. |

I found one today at the Goodwill store. I saw the triangle all set up and sitting there like someone had assembled it, and I noticed the European appearance of the design and wondered if it was VW related. Then I found the two halves of the case and tried reading the words and decided to take it because it was German. 4.99 for it and it looks minty! _________________ 1971 Deluxe Sunroof Bay 1905 stroker, dual idf40's, 74mm Scat forged crank, engle 110 cam. Most German made cars (Mercedes/Audi/BMW) come with an emergency road side kit. These WEGU safety triangles are part of that kit. Besides the road side kit, German cars will also have a tool kit & first aid kit as well.
I've heard that unlike here in the States where passerbys can just drive past an accident, in Europe motorists must stop and assist _________________ 1947 Typ 11a

In Germany you are required to have one of these in your car along with a first aid kit or you get a pretty nasty ticket _________________ 58' pg/sg silo fridge westy
