70' ignition won't turn off

I just changed the oil and went to start my 1970 camper and it didn't start right away so I went to turn key and it didn't allow me to turn it to off position it just pulled out. Now its stuck in the ON position. I had to disconnect battery so it wouldn't kill it. Any thing I can do? also the ignition switch has always felt a little off from the get go. Does anyone know where to buy a new one?
