Saw this yesterday at a local car show. It was beautifully done. I have never seen one before, but I assume its a kit. Only thing that could be improved on, was the front beam easily giving it away.

Very nice. I have only seen them without the full fenders. The ones here have what seem trailer fenders over the wheels only.
