Hey, my carpet in my '66 is rotted out and I can't even tell what color it's supposed to be. Wolfsburgwest says the original carpet was T316/Almond Beige. TMI's carpet kits come in a color called "oatmeal." How can I tell what would be the closest color to the original? Where can I order it since I don't live anywhere near dealers for such things as vintage VW carpet kits.
Any help appreciated.

TMIs carpet is premium loop. They wont make a carpet to match exactly. Try West Coast Classics web site they may have the exact color. Of course it will be German Square Weav and it will be pricy but you cant put a price on quality. If you dont have the money for the good stuff. the Wolfsburg West carpet is the next best thing. and Oatmeal is the best choice for your car I think.
