Had a great day with the baja. It was homecoming here today and i planned on driving my baja in the parade pulling a trailer for some buddies to ride on and throw candy. I'm a senior this year and our float theme was horrible and the theme was pickle the patriots, ya i know its dumb. well for some reason the assistant principle told the seniors they couldnt pull there float. So i pulled up to where the parade starts and one of my buddies puts a sign on the front of my bug that was supposed to go on the senior float and thats when he told me they couldnt use the float and that my baja and trailer was the new senior float. Boy did i feel like the man! so a bunch of my class mates hopped on the trailer and i got my girl up front with me. you talk bout some rednecks, all of the seniors were on my trailer, in the back of a lifted ford, or on fourwheelers. Best senior class this town has seen! Forbuildng this motor in 3 days in ran perfect and couldnt have been happier with the ol baja.

Your town looks like it would be a lot of fun to live there.
Is it as small and "home town" like as the parade makes it appear? |

You're right. VW rocks. Imagine the story... My graduating class fit on my VW!
You must have pulled out all the stops to get that cement truck, I mean, really.... Everyone knows someone with a dump truck, but the cement truck.... First class _________________ My Build Page |

Im 14, and my brother drove my Dune buggy( Sand Rail Style) on the parade. It was awesome, i got so many comments about it. One 50 year old lady told my brother to do a wheelie (It can), but he didnt want to hit the truck infront of us. That showed up all the morons who thought that their beat up chevy 350 truck were so great. (Im a VW and Ford supporter). We did so many burnouts on the way home Haha.
