thank you, really preciate that...shame its not gonna work out though, need ~2.8 on the meter side....maybe the 2.1 fits the bill....i have a boot that currently "works" but has no accomodations for a decel valve, aux air, or crankcase breather should i want to add those components....and the other option that does have the porting for those is rather unelegant and things need cut, but before i do that i wanted to exhaust my options.....
fredn- cis is constant/continuous injection system or k-jetronic (used on h20 vws, audi, porsche, saab, volvo, ferrari, , bmw, mercedes, some european fords)....there are different versions of it but its a "mechanical" injection system....scary quotes get thrown in because there are some electricals involved but arent strictly needed......
i had issue last spring with my ground strap getting torn off, watched the afr peg rich, cht climb, and roached the heads....cost me 2k for new heads and was stuck 900 miles from home for two months....vowed l-jet would only be used on light vehicles or beater engines from then on (also now have a second ground strap that runs on the topside of the tranny too) |
