Which is the right tranny?

I am almost done building my sandrail and the last thing I need is the tranny. I have a 1915 engine and I will be turning STU 33x10's. I am looking at 3 rib 002's. I would like close ratio gears and a super diff but my question is what R&P? Which would be better a 4.86 or 5.38?
