So I took apart all 4 of my bus cvs and cleaned them out, I put them all back together and 3 of them seem to move around fine but the last one is really stiff and the inner part cant move at all. Is there more than one way these go back together?

you can put them together wrong.
look at the ones that move fine and then at the one thats bound up
you should be able to see that you didnt line them up right.

line up the small lip with the large ect.

Ah that was it, thanks. Is it normal for the cvs to be a little bit stiff/ sticky without being greased?

if the cvs are new they will be somewhat tight because they havent been broken in/used.

if their used they should move somewhat freely with out grease. if really old and worn there could be alot of wear to cause the cv to feel rough
