Specific size A/C window unit

Maybe someone has some insight. I have a wall mounted a/c unit that’s bad. The unit measures 17.25”H by 23.5”W. I assume the hole is similar. I would like the same size to fill the whole completely. 10,000 plus BTU. I’ve had no luck so far in my search.

There's the ac unit and there should be a sleeve in the wall the unit slides into, which should be a bit wider and taller than the unit. Measure that.
A lot of units are 24" wide, but often only 16" tall as the equipment in the units has gotten smaller.
The PITA part is having to wade thru the crap online info to get to the actual unit size.
