what do i need to get my 70 bug this low

my bug is already on adjustable beam but i want mine as low as the one in the photo with out air bags.

Narrowed beam, drop spindles and adjusters, might be getting into transmission lift territory going that low.

there is no way to go that low with out air bags, unless you do A tranny raze
