anybody know the biggest tyre you can get away with in a 66 bus with 6.5" x 15" wheels? 205x80 to big? or 195x80? how about 215x75?

When you say 6.5" do you mean you widened them?
Stock is 4.5".

For 4.5":
Everything you listed should fit.
215/75/15 will be pretty large.
