Anyone got any pics or links of before/ after/during etc of replacing bulkhead, or any pics that would help to see how it goes together.
Debating whether to buy a new panel or repair what's there etc etc
Can use an old drop side as it's correct profile to replace lower section but just wanted a few ideas.

BTW, you're famous over here chap
Don't know if you've seen it before. PM me your address and will get a couple of the catalogues posted off to you. _________________ https://www.facebook.com/Cow-County-Looms-1010851485971680/ |

I have a bulkhead panel that was removed from a Doka that I was considering for my syncro panel van conversion project but never used. Would pictures of it help you? _________________ VW LT40 build. Like a Vanagon but 30% larger in every direction and 40% slower even in metric.

Charlie...
As you probably know, when I had my repairs done a few years ago I had to replace my bulkhead aka rear cab panel too. Instead of taking it all off down to the bed, the body shop opted to join the new panel to the old as seen here:
Of course you will also need the roof support above:
However, I don't think your taking your roof off. As for the joint at the bed and rear panel level I do not have any pictures of that. Can you post a picture of what is damaged of yours? I have a feeling you need the lower section illustrated.
I will say the quality of the VW Classic Parts panels are the same as original and not too expensive (considering). _________________ ~Bryan

Anybody know where to source a new or used T3 Doka rear cabin bulkhead/panel. Mine has several holes in it and I'd like to just get the portion from where the bulkhead meets the bed up to the window. Don't need above that. |
