I just scored a set of rear reflector seals and would like to replace the crack crappy ones I have but I'm not sure how to remove the reflector and perch to replace them.

Any help?

I think I found it.

Do I need to remove the tail light housing to get at the bolt/nut?

Yes.

If your old ones are still serviceable, then you might want to hit the old reflector nut/bolt with some penetrating oil or something. They always seem to be rusted up pretty good. I just replaced one on my square and I thought I was turning the nut and I ended up snapping it off.

I've snapped one of those refector studs too when try to pull one from an old panel with using any oil.

I found one of those flexi shaft (wire like) extensions and socket works perfect to reach through the rear tail light hole and around 180 degrees.

I've gotten them out/in with my 1/4" drive. A flex-shaft sounds like a good addition to the setup.

I just use a 1/4 driver with a deep socket and that works fine, plenty of room.
