It should fit....I've done the opposite with a westy closet in a sundial before.
As for looks.....EZ's used different paneling. The Westy's have a medium brown woodgrain laminate on heavy plywood.
EZ's (if your closet is original) have cheaper/thinner very light whitewashed type wood paneling. It would definatly look out of place, plus the handles/hinges are very different (EZ-old style bronze type vs. the trim euro style westy hardware)
