If I recall correctly,
You must first undo the cables from the front of the bus at the brake lever. Then go around back to the rear of the bus, loosen the lugs slightly while on the ground, jack the bus up, secure it on stands, remove the wheels, then the axel nuts, then drums. The cables must be removed by pulling them out of there tubes from the backing plates. Liberally apply grease when reinserting the cables in the tubes. good luck.
