I looked online and the only place I found was a site in the UK. I looked at a 1964 sunroof bus in Glendale, AZ just a couple of weeks ago (it was posted here on thesamba.com and since sold). And the guy selling it said he thought there was a place in Lake Havasue (spelling?) City, Arizona But it wasn't Oldvolks (aka Ronnie's Garage) but rather someone else. He couldn't remember exactly.

Actually those looked fairly easy to fabricate... Get the specs and try to get a shop that does air conditioning duct work to make it for you on their sheetmetal brakes. Just a last minute thought.
