Does anyone know about hightop splitty's ? what years were they made? how many model types? etc. There's one sitting in a neighbors driveway and it might be for sale. I just havent seen any around and wasnt sure if he customized the roof to make it a hightop, or if it was an original top. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.

if you move the curser over the forums spot you will see a dropdown menu
go to search type in what you are looking for and you will find your answer

Thank you, im new to this site, still trying to figure it out. The neighbor doesnt know anything about his bus, so he couldnt answer my questions.

Yes, check out the thread above and see if what he has matches any of the Buses in that thread.

This will determine if it's original or not.

Post a photo if you can, that may also help us identify it.

Obviously yo might want the neighbor's permission to post a photo online or at least try to obscure anything that shows his address or anything pricate.

They are super cool but definitely a unique model that has some specific parts exclusive to them. That being said, there are not a lot of them out there and worth the effort IMO.

And if you are serious about buying be careful posting photos first, as some of the vultures may swoop in before you can get it.
