Looking for advice on fixing drivers side seat issues

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice on some seat issues I'm having. About a month ago I was driving around and my seatback fell backwards on me. I got it back up and made it home and didn't think much of it, until it happened again. Also after it first happened I noticed that it felt like I was sitting lower on the left side of the seat vs the right side. Well, I finally got the seat out and looked it over. One issue I see is that the seatback adjuster on the left side is not tight and part of it looks crooked, the other issue I see is that the seatback only sits on the left side adjuster, the right side is about a half inch above the adjuster, which could explain why it feels lower on the left when sitting in the seat. I cannot see anything that is bent besides the left seat adjuster so I'm at a loss on why seatback is not sitting level on the seat adjusters. I'm also not sure how to close the gap between the left seat adjuster parts. If you have any ideas on how to possibly fix these issues please let me know. Thank you!
