'66 bus front roof rust repair looking for tutorial threads pics

Picked up a 66 split bus but she has some odd-somewhat serious rust holes in the front roof up unswe either side of the air vent box and through to the inside of the bus.

I am looking for any information, tutorials, thread or pictures showing best route to repair this rust.

Find a donor clip, cut and paste.

Not so easy to find a clip. They make replacement panels but this is not an easy or simple repair to get at. Would like to see any pics and tips from others who have tackled repairs in this area. I recall seeing some in threads on these forums but not having any luck doing a straight search. My guess they are buried in resto or build threads. If anyone knows of a good thread or tutorial to give me some guidance it’s greatly appreciated

Search for the "Wounded Westie" thread, we did a part roof replacement. Hopefully that will help.
