Anyone wanna trade me a late model fender for this 67 fender? I actually have a pair of them, they are rough but 67 only. it's would be a shame to shave it.

Im thinking of making my bug into a roadster like the ones in the pics. Do you have to reinforce the body to keep it from flexing or warping once the to is cut off. I know to brace the body while cutting but need to know what to do to keep it from warping later.

Yes it does need bracing, this car had several braces on the pan, it still flexed a ton. I'll see if I can dig up a picture of the pan. |
