Replace rear seatback with Euro one for factory headrests?

I don't think I've seen this possibility discussed - so maybe this is a question for Jed or someone on the far side of the Pond. I was looking at pix of a Westy Atlantic with rear headrests. Seats looked about the same dimensions. I wonder if it wouldn't be possible/easier to simply find an 87-91 from a Euro or UK junkyard and have it shipped over. I once owned a Merkur XR4ti (European Ford Sierra) that had a dented rim. Ford wanted an obscene price, so i simply found a reputable UK yard and had 'em send me a good used one. Seems easier (perhaps) than installing my own - and probably stronger. I'm talking about having JUST a seat back sent over - not a whole seat.
