looking for black nob window cranks and the right icepick door handles.......can anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you thought about trying to fit Bus dash knobs (some were black) onto a Deluxe handle?

As for the ice pick handles, are they different from Deluxe ice picks, and if so how?
