I bought a manual from Stephan and the transaction went very well. Very responsive and friendly sort of guy who will make you very welcome dealing with him.
I have just been informed that the nice manual arrived in Tx as scheduled.

I bought a 411/412 windsheild from Stephan in late Jan - early Feb 2012, and everything went extremely well. He was patient and very informative in all his emails, he did things when he said he would, and he even passed-on a cheaper shipping price to me, even though I would have never known the difference.

You can have 100% confidence in dealing with this chap. Two thumbs-up and a gold star rating from me!!!
