Congratulations, it's got to feel good getting the color on. That is a hell of a lot of work: shock: A couple of questions; What is the technique for applying the seam sealer on the areas that the panels come together? And what is the material like when it sets (hard or soft)? And what brand of material is it?

Thanks Ken

Hey Ken, I used Wurth grey seam sealer and I used masking tape to tape off as close to the body joins as possible. Then apply and smear the sealer and remove the tape. Makes for a clean finish and less mess to clean up. Set as a flexible finish

Got the pearl white sprayed on the body. Pretty happy, can’t wait to see it colour sanded and buffed

Incredible job you're doing on this bus, all by yourself too makes it even greater.

Thanks for the kind words, I’m pretty pumped to have the body painted. Rear hatch now has the Pearl white done as well.

That will be it for the doors until later in the year, as I’ve got to get some other bits painted so that I can start some assembly over the next few months.
