| Doug you made a dream come true for me, I could not be happier with the 51 Split Bug we know as Gabbie..... You are a true VW friend for life. I would like everyone to know what a truly nice , down to earth , honest person you are for sure. What a smooth deal and you really made it fun with the chats on the phone sharing them Ol VW stories. I have never felt that comfortable and confident with a purchase. Thank You Again Doug!!!! Don't forget to come by when you're out here in California. Friends Always ! , Tim. PS ,You must take credit for the “Vintage Best in Class” award at the Bug-in #42 in Fontana,Ca. it shows the fun and great tasteful job you have done with the car, well received and many compliments wherever I go!!! As you know Randy Carlson was really happy to see the car again for sure, he did a double, triple take as I drove into The Treffen Show in Anaheim!!! He also had high compliments to you as well..... He is indeed a super cool guy!!! Keep in touch my friend. |

I recently made a deal with Doug for my 74 super beetle
He is a great guy to deal with and now I consider him my friend
If anyone has any dealings with him rest assured he is an honest
Person very easy to deal with
