| i have found a buggy that has been sitting for like 15 yrs but i think i can get it for under 300 bucks. So i was wondering if it would be worth it. It looks like every thing is there but i am not sure how much of it will work. Is there any possiblity it will start or will the motor need to be replace or rebuilt. I dont really want it to become a bottomless pity of money. Any opinions will be greatly apprecated. Thx |

Without seeing it makes it tough. I would say that's a great price. You could always sell it for that or more if you changed your mind. _________________ Schrodinger's cat walked into a bar and it didn't.

Fiberglass buggy? Complete for $300 seems good to me. If the tunnel isn't completely rusted out and the body isn't broke in half, that is. Buggies don't have to be a money pit, that's the beauty of them. I had less than $1500 in my last buggy, and that's with new paint, tires, rims, great motor, new electrical everything.
About the motor, who knows? Go buy the thing already and we'll start from there! _________________ OG JHC

You should buy it and sell it to me for 1/2 the price. Then just be thankful you only lost $150.00 _________________ Schrodinger's cat walked into a bar and it didn't.

If you decide not to buy It I will. Seriously.
Tell you what, you get it for $300 and I will buy it from you for $350 when I come down to the Vegas Show.
I'll even send you money up front. Just as long as your wife doesn't get cancer and you take my money....... _________________ CU05 w/HBB
