I purchased a car from Tim Sansom, [email protected], AKA Chud on this site last year. Part of the deal was that Tim, the seller, would send me a V5 document from the UK so I could title the car in the USA. He sent a blurred copy of the V5 document but it turned out later that it was for another car. He must have forged the vin and year on the document and sent me a blurred copy. I paid him and imported the car not knowing it was faked and he said he would send an original clear copy as soon as he received the new one from the Uk registration department. I have been asking for a year now for the correct document only to hear excuses. The latest was that he had two copies of the documents and sent one via express courier but didn't provide a tracking number when I asked for it. It's been over a month now since he said he sent it and no document. I ask to produce the document or give me my money back and he can have the car back. Now he is ghosting me. I told him I will contact The Samba and the authorities about this. He still hasn't replied. I tried calling him via WhatsApp and he declined the call. I called him on his cell phone and let a message no reply. I know he is getting my messages on Whatsapp so he is choosing to ignore me. I don't want others to experience this from this Seller Tim Sansom, AKA Chud.
